Humans of T4 November 19, 2019

Officer Chan of CBP

Back to Newsroom

At Terminal 4, we are continuously striving to find new ways to show our appreciation for our employees. Our series,  Humans of T4 takes pride in honoring all employees who work in the terminal by highlighting inspirational and heartwarming stories of those who make up the T4 family. We invite you to follow along!

Officer Chan, Supervisor- CBP

For Officer Chan, T4 is the perfect place to learn from his colleagues.

“Not only is it the different people we see, but the different cases we see as well. T4 is the terminal with more experiences, which is easier for me to learn and be taught from different scenarios and situations that we deal with.” he says.

T4 is a work of art. Really! You’ll find our private collection of world-class paintings, sculptures, and mobiles on display throughout the terminal.

Be Travel-Ready: Plan for a Stress-Free Trip to T4!

Due to construction at JFK, the roadways leading to Terminal 4 may be congested. We highly recommend that our guests allow themselves some extra time to reach the terminal and, whenever possible, use public transportation within the subway system through Howard Beach or LIRR at Jamaica, then use AirTrain JFK.

From there, your ride will be 10 or 15 minutes to the terminal.

Taxis and shared rides from T4 will operate from the Remote Ride App & Car Services Lot, accessible via a free shuttle bus in front of the Arrivals Hall running every 1-2 minutes. Please avoid going with anyone you have not pre-arranged a ride with.
