Heroes of T4 April 30, 2020

Syeda Moshreba of JFKIAT

Back to Newsroom

As we continue to update the T4 community with important, available information regarding COVID-19, it is our goal to show appreciation for those who make up the T4 family. In our series entitled “Heroes of T4,” we’re highlighting the inspirational and heartwarming actions of employees who ensure the safety and security of all passengers and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the coming weeks, you can look out for more of these stories as we share them on our digital channels.

Syeda Moshreba – Operations Supervisor, JFKIAT

Since becoming an Operations Supervisor for JFKIAT at T4 in December of 2019, Syeda Moshreba has appreciated the family-oriented culture within the terminal. “The best thing about my job so far is how quickly T4 and our contractor partners became so familiar to me,” she said. “To my surprise, I didn’t know how easily I could connect with people around the terminal.”

“My role during the COVID-19 pandemic has been to support my team and JFKIAT to keep operations going,” Syeda said. “My team has always been supportive of me. We take every safety measure to protect ourselves and others around us.”

T4 is a work of art. Really! You’ll find our private collection of world-class paintings, sculptures, and mobiles on display throughout the terminal.

Be Travel-Ready: Plan for a Stress-Free Trip to T4!

Due to construction at JFK, the roadways leading to Terminal 4 may be congested. We highly recommend that our guests allow themselves some extra time to reach the terminal and, whenever possible, use public transportation within the subway system through Howard Beach or LIRR at Jamaica, then use AirTrain JFK.

From there, your ride will be 10 or 15 minutes to the terminal.

Taxis and shared rides from T4 will operate from the Remote Ride App & Car Services Lot, accessible via a free shuttle bus in front of the Arrivals Hall running every 1-2 minutes. Please avoid going with anyone you have not pre-arranged a ride with.
